30 day coordination
Do you plan to choose all your own vendors, décor, and other wedding day elements? If so, you'll deserve at the end of the year-long planning process to step back and enjoy the weekend free from worry, with the peace of mind of knowing nothing has gone forgotten. And that's where we come in! We'll step in during the final weeks to manage those last minute details and make your wedding day vision a reality. As a client of Courtney's, you'll be able to enjoy every moment of your wedding weekend without having to stress about vendor arrival times, timeline specifics, and reception setup. We start at the 30 day mark with vendor management, timeline creation, floor plan detailing and personal inventory checklists, while keeping in continuous contact with you along the way to ensure every detail is taken care of. We will be by your side to coordinate your rehearsal, ceremony and reception, all the way up until the very conclusion of the event. We'll even be responsible for packing everything up for you at the end of the night and placing it into the hands of a trusted friend or family member.
3 month partial planning + coordination
Maybe you've picked your perfect venue and all the vendors you've come to love, but want a bit more guidance within those final months leading up to your big day. Our 3 Month package gives you several more weeks of interaction, assistance, and planning expertise, offering you everything our 30 Day package does plus an additional in-person venue vision meeting resulting in floor plan creation and management. More time and vendor management on our part means less stress for you, ensuring the final days pre-wedding are controlled and carefree.
